[HELP]-Malayan Substrate

Well today i bought an aquarium to replace the old one, i suck all the water out from the tank and take the Soil put in to the new tank, filled up water.. it become super cloudy, after few hours seems to be clear abit BUT, i found out there are a layer of sand looks like Desert... >.< may i know how to clean it? water change? suck it out? i try to filter it, but no use at all... the lower part is the soil that still in pellet form, but the top one that i circle i don't know what it is, i try to touch it but i feel nothing, and i try to grab it... it will make the water become cloudy...
Help needed PLEASE >.<

I assume you're talking about ADA Malaya soil? That's probably crushed soil, it looks like mud most of the time. You can suck it out using a gravel cleaner, something like this: http://www.seapets.co.uk/products/aquar ... eaner.html.

Aha! The dusty wasteland look.
From your post you have not fully realised the difference between soil and sand.
Aquasoil is baked soil- you have to handle it with care or it will make a very nasty soup unlike sand.

So you have to suck it out with a gravel cleaner gently. Use your hand to fan lightly as you vacuum the debris out.
